Industrial relations in Sweden 1945-2007
| The paper discusses the development of and changes in the Swedish industrial relations system in the post-war era, in particular the close connections between the Swedish Trade Union Confederation (LO) and the Social Democratic Party that has been in office during most of the period. The paper draws partly on new findings from an extensive and just finished study of the Metal Workers' Union.
